Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree.
• Experience leading multi-channel marketing campaigns and cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm, develop and execute regional multi-channel marketing plans in conjunction with global and sub-regional field marketing.
• Manage the concurrent execution of a variety of marketing tactics within a given program and ensure linkage of tactics to overall segment strategy.
• Report and monitor campaign performance (KPIs) and optimize ROI to improve business impact.
• Maintain and oversee campaign budget for respective areas of the business; ensure 95-100% of quarterly allocation is spent on Marketing Programs.
• Participate in quarterly and annual planning and review cycles.
