Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in cross-functional roles.
• Working knowledge of the healthcare industry and regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design, engineering, delivery, research admin, regulatory, and support to ship product enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Provide clear direction to teams to deliver value to users.
• Prioritize and make strategic choices based on data, goals, and stakeholder needs.
• Align product with Helix's mission and position as an industry-leading solution.
• Own and maintain a detailed product roadmap.
• Create requirements for features based on user feedback, market analysis, and business objectives.
• Define and analyze metrics, KPIs, and drive decisions through insights.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to ensure steady progress.
