Job summary

Goldbelt Hawk is seeking a General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of an Alaska Native Corporation subsidiary. You will have full P&L responsibility, direct operational management, and lead a high-performing team to achieve revenue, profitability, safety, and workforce objectives.

The role collaborates with the SBU President and shared services to execute the business plan, optimize resources, control costs, and deliver customer value while upholding corporate policies and governance.

Qualifications

• Strong P&L and financial management capabilities.
• Experience leading day-to-day operations and managing managers.
• Ability to analyze business performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Own the subsidiary's full P&L, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and profitability.
• Direct and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality delivery of products and services.
• Design, develop, and execute the approved LLC business plan to achieve SBU objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and ensure contractual commitments are met.
• Lead and develop the subsidiary's management team and workforce.
