Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Public or Business Administration or a related field.
• Five (5) years of administrative experience in Corporate Governance.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Experience with grants, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven supervisory experience of multifunctional staff.

Responsibilities

• Strategic and operating management for all organizational aspects.
• Develop updated descriptions, annual evaluations, and administrative functions with the office administrator.
• Provide leadership to implement the shareholder's mission and core values.
• Prepare monthly board reports on financial status, investments, and spending patterns.
• Oversee budgeting and relationships with funding agencies and contractors.
