Colonial Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Anchorage, AK to help lead daily operations, drive performance, and foster a safety- and service-oriented culture. You will partner with the General Manager to oversee operations, sales, inventory, HR, and financial performance.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, budgeting, and process improvement to enhance customer experiences and business results.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Approximately 8+ years of leadership or operational management experience.
• Experience managing budgets, inventory, operations, or sales performance.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management systems.
