Job summary

Bighorn Law is seeking a hands-on General Manager to drive daily operations, develop teams, and execute strategic initiatives in Albuquerque. You will lead across departments, hire and mentor leaders, analyze KPIs, and implement efficiency strategies to maximize profitability and customer experience.

The ideal candidate is an empathetic, authoritative communicator with a proven track record in general or operations management, and a degree in Business or Management.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in general or operations management.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Experience using dashboards, KPIs, and workflow systems.
• Degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reports, budgets, and KPIs to inform decisions and maximize profitability.
• Lead and manage daily operations across departments to ensure a seamless workflow.
• Hire, train, and mentor department leaders and staff to foster growth and performance.
• Implement strategies to optimize efficiency, increase profitability, and elevate the customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
