Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum ten years' experience in senior operations management with multiple direct reports.
• Experience with full P&L responsibility and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide counsel on operational issues to subsidiary GMs and recommend salary actions.
• Lead development of long-term strategic objectives for commercial operations, land, and real estate.
• Oversee growth, profitability, and strategic plans of multiple Goldbelt subsidiaries and enterprises.
• Develop and implement strategic and tactical business plans aligned with the corporate strategy.
