Job summary

Goldbelt Incorporated seeks an Executive Vice President to lead Lands, Facilities, Project, and Tourism management in Alaska and oversee subsidiary operations within the Commercial/Alaska Division.

The role requires a senior leader with a decade of P&L experience, strategic vision, and the ability to drive change across a dispersed organization, including travel and high-level stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in senior operations management with P&L responsibility.
• Ability to obtain secret or higher-level clearance.
• Willingness to travel at least 30%.
• Experience working with ANC or Alaska Native Corporations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Lands, Facilities, Project, and Tourism management.
• Lead strategic planning and coordinate with the CEO and board.
• Develop and monitor budgets, revenue, costs, and profits.
• Manage multiple subsidiaries and ensure alignment with strategic plan.
• Lead talent development and cross-functional teams.
• Communicate effectively with partners, shareholders, and external agencies.
