Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a skilled professional to manage relationships with small commercial and residential developments, ensuring timely connections and accurate load estimates for gas distribution services.

The role requires strong communication, project coordination, and experience in commercial/industrial customer settings, with travel across MA/CT/NH as needed. This position is safety-sensitive and includes an emergency restoration component.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business administration or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years selling/servicing commercial and industrial customers; residential project development and construction experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to document activities accurately.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Customer Relationship Management with small commercial and residential developments.
• New Customer Connections: ensure timely installation and load/revenue estimates.
• Develop and implement strategies for small account customers and educate on programs.
• Coordinate customer service policies, address service quality issues, and assist with billing inquiries.
• Revenue Cycle: manage deposits and information required to establish services for strategic customers.
• Promote new technologies aligning with net zero targets and pursue profitable opportunities.
• Conduct weekly site visits, walkdowns, constructability reviews, and planning meetings.
