Eversource is seeking a talented engineer to plan, design, and oversee gas distribution systems, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local codes. You will manage site layouts, procurement, bid processes, and budgets while coordinating with customers, contractors, and internal teams.

The role requires at least five years in engineering, gas industry experience a plus, and the ability to travel between MA/CT/NH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum of five years of related engineering experience.
• Gas experience is a plus; ability to travel across MA/CT/NH.

Responsabilités

• Designs gas distribution systems to meet objectives while complying with codes.
• Performs site layouts and prepares procurement and permitting documents.
• Evaluates bids and supports budget planning and cost tracking.
• Coordinates construction with customers, contractors and internal teams.
• Provides on-call supervision and participates in emergency restoration.
