Qualifications

• Manager-level experience in BD, partnerships, or publishing.
• Proven ability to lead complex discussions from strategy to execution.
• Strong understanding of mobile game publishing, platforms, and monetization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to build business cases and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic BD initiatives to grow Mattel Digital Studios' mobile games portfolio.
• Own high-value external relationships with developers, platforms, licensors, and tech vendors.
• Identify growth opportunities across mobile, cross‑platform, and emerging segments.
• Source and evaluate partnerships; manage GTM initiatives and co‑development opportunities.
• Lead contract negotiations with executives and legal teams; build financial models.
• Prepare executive proposals and maintain an active partnership pipeline.
