Koch Recruiting, based in Wichita, KS, seeks a Recruitment Coordinator to support recruiting activities for early careers and experienced hiring. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring supervisors, and interview teams to ensure efficient coordination and a positive candidate experience.

The role involves pre-hire and post-offer tasks, campus recruiting support, and maintaining accurate ATS data, with opportunities to grow into broader recruiting responsibilities over time.

Competenze

• Experience coordinating multiple priorities and adjusting plans based on business needs.
• Clear and professional communication with candidates and colleagues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Coordinate recruiting and candidate flow for roles at all levels, including interviews and candidate communications.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring supervisors, and interview teams to ensure timely communication and a seamless candidate experience.
• Execute pre-hire and post-offer activities (background checks, I-9 coordination, onboarding requirements).
• Support campus recruiting operations, event administration, interview scheduling, and workflow management.
• Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to deliver a positive early-career recruiting experience.
• Build business knowledge to anticipate needs and support recruiting decisions.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS to ensure visibility and compliance.
• Identify process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency and transparency.
