Job summary

Koch Recruiting in Wichita, Kansas, seeks a Recruitment Coordinator to support recruiting activity across Koch Ag & Energy Solutions. You will partner with recruiters, candidates, hiring supervisors, and interview teams to deliver efficient coordination and an excellent candidate experience.

The role provides support for early careers and experienced hiring, campus recruiting, event prep, and onboarding activities.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with recruiting technology or ATS/CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting and candidate flow for roles at all levels, including interviews, candidate communications, post-offer processes, and candidate travel.
• Serve as a primary contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring supervisors, and interview teams to ensure timely communication and a seamless candidate experience.
• Execute pre-hire and post-offer activities, including background checks, documentation, I-9 coordination, and other onboarding requirements.
• Support campus recruiting operations, including event administration, interview scheduling, communications, and workflow management.
• Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to deliver consistent, organized, and positive early-career recruiting experience.
• Build business knowledge to anticipate needs, support recruiting decisions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system to ensure visibility and compliance.
• Identify process improvements that enhance recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and workflow transparency.
