Job summary

Koch Recruiting is hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team supporting Koch companies. The ideal candidate will work closely with full life-cycle recruiters to execute efficient recruiting and selection processes for candidates and Koch hiring supervisors. Hudson, WI is preferred.

You will schedule onsite and virtual interviews, manage post-offer steps, and coordinate travel and expenses while ensuring a smooth, inclusive candidate experience for all internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple priorities and adjusting based on business need.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools or automation in recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Schedule onsite and virtual interviews and related meetings for the recruitment team across roles from entry to Sr. leader.
• Own and execute post-offer and pre-hire processes (background checks, I-9 coordination, documentation).
• Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed.
• Manage priorities based on business needs, value, and opportunity cost.
• Create a brand-worthy, inclusive candidate experience to attract talent for Koch.
