Job summary

Garten Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full-cycle recruitment process from intake through offer and onboarding. You will manage requisitions, post roles in Paycom, build pipelines for high-volume roles, and ensure timely, compliant hiring with a strong focus on candidate experience.

The role requires coordinating interviews, managing SLAs, and communicating effectively with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting or HR experience with full-cycle hiring responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment workflows and compliant hiring considerations.
• Experience using Paycom or similar ATS/HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer.
• Post roles in Paycom and approved channels; build pipelines for high-volume roles.
• Review applications, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and offer management.
• Ensure SLAs are met and communicate delays to HR leadership.
• Coordinate pre-employment steps and onboarding readiness.
