Job summary

Garten Services, based in the United States, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full-cycle recruiting process. You will partner with HR and hiring managers to define role requirements, align pay, and post roles through Paycom, while delivering a strong candidate experience.

You will coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure compliance with SLAs. This role requires 3+ years of recruiting experience, excellent communication, and meticulous record-keeping in Paycom and HRIS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting or HR experience with full-cycle hiring responsibility.
• Knowledge of recruitment workflows and compliance considerations.
• Experience using ATS/HRIS and Paycom.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer.
• Coordinate sourcing, screening, interviews, and selections.
• Ensure SLAs are met and provide timely recaps to hiring managers.
• Manage pre-employment steps and day-1 readiness with HR.
• Maintain accurate records in Paycom and HRIS.
• Produce weekly recruitment metrics and reports.
