Job summary

The Fay Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. You will collaborate with business leaders to recruit for sales, IT, management and other roles, managing a high-volume pipeline and complex searches across the organization.

You will attract, screen, and onboard top talent while driving proactive sourcing campaigns and process improvements with the Talent Acquisition team. A strong background in recruitment and regulatory knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 3+ years of direct recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for Sales and/or Technology roles, and senior-level opportunities.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with ATS platforms, UltiPro/UKG a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attract, source, screen and recommend top talent for open positions.
• Develop talent pipelines and run active talent acquisition campaigns.
• Manage candidate lifecycle from requisition to onboarding with timely screening and selection.
• Consult with hiring managers to upgrade skills and capabilities of the Fay team.
• Collaborate with TA Specialist on process improvements and projects.
