Job summary

CFC in New York is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 12-month fixed-term role to own end-to-end recruitment across diverse functions in North America. You’ll partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, drive interviewing quality, and lead offers to secure top talent while shaping a seamless onboarding experience.

You’ll manage multiple roles, balance speed with accuracy, and ensure compliance with US employment practices, all while delivering an outstanding candidate journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions.
• Ability to manage relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
• Experience contributing to onboarding and pre-boarding activities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies and interview processes.
• Source and engage top talent through direct outreach, referrals and agency partnerships.
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality interview experience.
• Lead offer and closing processes to secure top candidates in a competitive market.
• Contribute to US onboarding journey from offer through early integration.
