Job summary

NIBC SOLUTION is seeking a Recruiter in Fort Worth, TX, onsite to manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to hiring, with strong focus on compliance and strategic hiring partnerships.

You will drive sourcing through social media, CRM tools, and external channels, partner with executives and hiring managers, and lead initiatives like campus recruiting and succession planning to strengthen the workforce.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting with working knowledge of talent acquisition platforms such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, or Lever.
• Knowledge of HR practices including employment law, employee relations, employment contracts, and HRIS systems (SAP or Kronos).
• Sourcing capability using cold calling, social media outreach, and external recruiting networks.
• Strong interviewing skills with negotiation abilities to close candidates.
• Familiarity with clinical staff recruitment and healthcare industry standards.
• Ability to analyze market trends and apply insights to recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with HR and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment workflows using platforms like Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, and Lever to source, screen, interview, and hire candidates.
• Build innovative sourcing strategies using social media, CRM systems, and external channels to reach diverse talent pools.
• Perform structured screening and interviewing to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit while ensuring compliance.
• Partner with C-suite executives and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
• Negotiate offers and employment contracts with effective communication to align expectations.
• Lead recruitment-related projects including campus recruitment, succession planning programs, and employee orientation sessions.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records in ATS such as PeopleSoft and HRIS like UltiPro or Kronos to support data integrity for reporting and compliance.
