Fortinet, Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Recruiter to source and hire Sales and Sales Engineering professionals in a fast-paced environment. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and deliver a top-notch candidate experience.

The role emphasizes proactive talent pipeline development, strategic sourcing, and timely hiring decisions, with targets aligned to Fortinet's growth in the security market. Equity and commissions accompany a strong compensation plan.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for Sales and/or Sales Engineering roles is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple roles and manage deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professionalism and diplomacy.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.

Responsabilités

• Source and attract qualified candidates through networking, referrals, online platforms, events, and other recruiting channels.
• Execute recruitment strategies to support hiring goals and meet management expectations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, offer presentation, and closing.
• Serve as a positive ambassador for the company by delivering a professional and engaging candidate experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide market insights, and ensure timely hiring decisions.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with both candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
