Century Group is partnering with a client to recruit a skilled Recruiter in Los Angeles. This role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions, from sourcing to interview and offer coordination.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business and brings 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong interviewing skills, ATS/HRIS proficiency, and solid knowledge of employment laws. Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong knowledge of interviewing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS, sourcing tools, recruitment marketing platforms, and job boards.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, hiring compliance, and fair hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to develop talent acquisition strategies and support workforce planning.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities, onboarding support, and hiring documentation while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruiting metrics, improve hiring processes, and support employer branding efforts to attract high-quality talent.
