Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience in professional services, financial services, or similarly sophisticated environments.
• Proven success managing senior-level and specialized professional searches.
• Direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement expertise with strong market insight.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment process from intake to onboarding coordination.
• Manage diverse portfolio of professional, management, and senior leadership searches.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Build robust talent pipelines to support current and anticipated needs.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, and referrals to identify talent.
• Deliver high-touch candidate experiences and advise senior leadership on market conditions.
• Lead intake meetings and provide consultative guidance on compensation trends.
