Consulting Advantage Corp is seeking a mid-level Recruiter in Los Angeles to own outcomes, mentor peers, and drive performance across the talent function. You will partner with senior leadership to align hiring with business goals and deliver a superior Candidate Experience.

You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for on-site roles, navigate finance/legal/ops stakeholders, and ensure timely, quality hires while maintaining an autonomy-rich environment and a strong mentorship culture.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience guiding mid-level initiatives.
• Mid-level fluency in HR analytics and candidate experience on your roadmap.
• Ability to influence with calm, methodical problem-solving.
• Comfort with full-time arrangements and autonomy-rich environments.
• Hands-on business experience that withstands follow-up questions.
• Clear, well-structured documentation of analyses and plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the business and report performance to senior leadership.
• Move ideas through finance, legal, and ops gates with momentum.
• Flag assumptions in plans that drive the strategy forward.
• Lead strategic planning and quarterly goal-setting across business units.
• Drive initiatives to improve operating margins year over year.
• Broker tradeoffs when different units request conflicting priorities in Los Angeles.
• Partner with finance, marketing, and product to align on shared outcomes.
• Decide which Los Angeles accounts receive premium attention and why.
