Job summary

KnitWell Group, a leading specialty retailer, is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Operations leader for our Greencastle, IN location. You will oversee inbound/outbound activities, manage budgets, and develop talent within a fast-paced fulfillment center to ensure accurate, on-time orders.

The role requires strong WMS knowledge, SLA discipline, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across shifts. On-site, full-time with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fast-paced e-commerce or fulfillment operations.
• Experience leading multi-shift teams and driving results.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and fulfillment processes.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive EBIDTA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound operations and staff scheduling.
• Manage daily operations to meet SLA and budgets.
• Develop action plans based on forecast and changes.
• Mentor and develop talent within the team.
