Job summary

KnitWell Group in Greencastle, IN is seeking a Manager, Industrial Engineering to lead process improvement across the distribution center. You will partner with facility leadership to identify opportunities, analyze performance data, and drive initiatives that boost productivity, quality, service, safety, and associate engagement.

You will develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools, apply Lean and Six Sigma methods, and guide cross‑functional teams through change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial or mechanical engineering or mechanical engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data-to-insight ability.
• Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and influencing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the distribution center.
• Develop and monitor metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify root causes and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Maintenance, IT, and Finance to enable enterprise‑wide improvements.
• Drive change management and engage associates to sustain performance.
