KnitWell Group, a leading specialty retailer, is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Operations leader for our Greencastle, IN location. You will oversee inbound/outbound activities, manage budgets, and develop talent within a fast-paced fulfillment center to ensure accurate, on-time orders.
The role requires strong WMS knowledge, SLA discipline, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across shifts. On-site, full-time with comprehensive benefits is offered.

This position will oversee and direct all operational aspects of Inbound and Outbound activities ensuring customer orders are processed and shipped in an efficient, accurate and timely manner. Managing operational expenses within forecasted budgets to drive positive EBIDTA results is a key component of this position. Will also develop operational action plans based on forecast and changes likely to impact business or functions of the fulfillment center. This position will be expected to develop, grow, and identify talent and bench strength amongst their team. Regular touch-bases with direct reports will be required to ensure communications, directions, and operational changes are understood amongst their team. Professionalism is a must.
Location: This full-time, exempt position works on-site at our Greencastle, Indiana location.
