Job summary

Gunton Corporation is seeking a skilled leader to oversee logistics, warehousing, production value-add, and pre-finish within the division. You will formulate policies, drive order fulfillment strategies, and coordinate productivity improvements while aligning with company policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing in a union environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and optimize logistics, warehousing, production value-add and pre-finish functions.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with company policy.
• Manage costs, improve productivity, and monitor key performance metrics.
• Coordinate with other divisions to address critical order fulfillment situations.
• Direct staffing, hiring, training, and performance evaluations within budget.
• Collaborate with Customer Support to maintain high CSR scores.
