Job summary

ITG Brands, LLC is seeking a Logistics Lead to coordinate and optimize the flow of raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and supplies across the organization. You will partner with Warehouse Managers, Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, and Transportation providers to ensure inventory availability, on-time deliveries, and operational continuity.

The role supports product launches, transfers, and continuous improvement initiatives while driving logistics performance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience coordinating inbound/outbound logistics in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong ERP/WMS/TMS knowledge and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse and logistics operations across receiving, storage, material handling, shipping, and inventory control.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation to ensure on-time delivery and receipt of materials and products.
• Monitor inventory levels and support business requirements with Supply Chain and Production.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and corrective actions.
• Develop and implement logistics processes to improve efficiency, service levels, and costs.
• Analyze logistics metrics and report on transportation costs and KPIs.
• Manage relationships with freight carriers, logistics providers, and warehouse vendors.
• Ensure compliance with local, federal, and international shipping regulations and customs requirements when applicable.
• Support new product launches, transfers, and operational transitions from logistics perspective.
• Lead investigations and corrective actions for inventory discrepancies, shipping errors, and logistics issues.
• Maintain warehouse organization, safety standards, and material handling best practices.
• Train, develop, and coach logistics and warehouse personnel; participate in budgeting and forecasting.
• Promote continuous improvement and safety in the logistics function.
