Job summary

RXO is seeking an Analyst, Pricing in Freight Forwarding to drive pricing requests, develop accurate quotes, and support air/ocean freight pricing. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Customer Service to respond to bids and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military/work experience.
• 1 year of experience in transportation/logistics.

Responsibilities

• Respond to pricing requests for ocean, air, road transport from sales teams.
• Prepare accurate, competitive customer quotes including freight, surcharges, and accessorials.
• Analyze carrier rates, market conditions, routing options, and cost structures to support pricing.
• Review customer requirements and evaluate routes, transit times, carrier reliability, and options.
• Compile rate data, market indices, contract utilization, and price changes for RFQs.
