Job summary

RPM Freight Systems is seeking a Pricing Analyst to develop accurate pricing on new opportunities and support the Sales team with insights. The role involves weekly and ad-hoc reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining pricing models.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in pricing or financial analysis, with strong Excel and Power BI skills, plus experience in Salesforce, Python, or SQL. Join a fast-growing logistics team focused on customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years in pricing, financial analysis, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and Power BI; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Experience using Python or SQL.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and analyze large datasets, spot trends, and improve pricing models.

Responsibilities

• Compile RFQ/RFP information on Bids and Spot quotes and organize in SharePoint folders.
• Facilitate pricing strategy meetings and visualize data via Power BI.
• Complete pricing activities from receipt to final submission using templates.
• Track and report on submissions, revenue, margin, and contract details.
• Update Salesforce with pricing information during and after involvement.
• Maintain and improve pricing models with internal data; perform ad hoc reporting.
