IMC Logistics is seeking aDispatcher to plan daily/weekly driver schedules, distribute appointment times, and coordinate across Ohio Valley locations. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and problem-solving to optimize freight coverage and costs.

You will assist drivers with equipment issues, detention time, billing, and other requests while maintaining dispatch records and supporting driver recruiting efforts. The position is on-site in Cincinnati, OH.

Formación

• Intermodal/Trucking experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and dispatch drivers to maximize freight coverage.
• Communicate and distribute appointment dates/times to drivers and fleets.
• Coordinate between Ohio Valley locations to optimize drivers' time.
• Assist drivers with equipment issues, detention time, rail billing, and other requests.
• Ensure accurate dispatch paperwork and data entry from drivers.
• Support driver recruiting and retention initiatives.
• Manage fleet radio assignments and payroll-related tasks.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by management.
