Responsibilities

• Plan and assign daily/weekly driver schedules to maximize coverage.
• Communicate appointment dates and times to drivers and fleet.
• Coordinate between IMC locations to optimize driver time.
• Assist drivers with equipment issues, detention, rail billing, and requests.
• Discretion in handling customer requests and assigning orders.
• Complete dispatch lines in SWS from driver paperwork.
• Handle driver service failures and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Apply charges and notify customer service of changes.
• Participate in driver recruiting and retention efforts.
• Request rail billing and oversee ATPs and non-productive pay; oversee HOS and ELD updating.
