Qualifications

• Freight industry experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within logistics, freight, transportation, or shipping.
• Proven track record of achieving organizational and individual sales targets.
• Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads in coordination with marketing activities to drive revenue growth.
• Cultivate and expand leads within geographies to create and convert opportunities.
• Manage and expand existing business relationships to generate sustainable revenue growth.
• Understand customers' objectives and translate them into commercial opportunities for Company.
• Present solutions to customers demonstrating business value and alignment with goals.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with Solutions team to address customer needs and add value.
• Work with Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales data in CRM.
