Job summary

Bernard Nickels & Associates, a global AdTech leader, seeks an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance/FP&A team in New York. You will be the bridge between Finance and the business, delivering financial insight, analysis, and decision support to drive growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate has 4-8 years in strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, or PE/VC; SaaS or agency experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

4-8 years in strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, private equity, venture capital, or related fields.
SaaS or agency experience is highly desirable.
Commercially minded with ability to translate finance into growth.
Strong analytical and modelling capabilities.
Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

Partner with Leadership and department heads to deliver financial analyses and insights.
Track, forecast, and analyze KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Lead quarterly forecasting and budget planning with senior leaders.
Support pricing, deal reviews, and investment cases with robust modelling.
Drive process improvements in forecasting, reporting, and business partnering.
Collaborate with Commercial, Ops and Product teams across regions.
