Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
- MBA, CFA, CPA or other advanced finance designation strongly preferred.
- 8+ years in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or related roles.
- Experience supporting executive leadership and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Supports budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Partners with leadership to evaluate growth opportunities.
- Delivers financial and operational insights to guide decisions.
- Develops and maintains enterprise performance management reporting.
- Analyzes Relationship Manager productivity, profitability, and growth.
- Assists with M&A analysis, integration, and value realization.
- Collaborates with Data Strategy & Automation to improve reporting.
- Builds scalable Planning & Analysis functions for transparency.
