Maybern in New York is seeking a Strategic Finance Lead to own the financial model, planning cadence, and operating metrics. You will partner with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and department heads to drive data-informed decisions as the company prepares for Series C.

In this role you will manage ARR/CARR/NRR definitions, implement KPI infrastructure, and extend the AI-driven finance stack to automate recurring reporting, while maintaining auditable, reusable financial workflows.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience spanning investment banking, private equity, or consulting, with at least 2 years in an operating strategic finance / FP&A role at a high-growth SaaS company (Series A–C).
• Fluency in SaaS business models and metrics, and experience building KPI infrastructure or dashboards (SQL, Looker / Omni, etc.).
• Led the finance owner role, building models, budgets and board materials directly with a CEO or founder.

Responsabilités

• Plan: Own the company financial model end to end, including multi-year scenarios and headcount planning tied to ARR.
• Report: Prepare board packages, quarterly reviews, and investor reporting with data room baselines.
• Measure: Define ARR/NRR metrics, unit economics, and CARR/ARR reconciliation across segments.
• Partner: Align with Sales on pricing and with Product on ROI gating for new SKUs.
• Build: Extend AI Finance capabilities to automate recurring reporting.
