Job summary

Nielsen is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Partner II in New York for a full-time senior FP&A role. You will forecast, plan, and report on operating expenses and headcount, interpreting data to drive strategic alignment across the organization.

You will partner with internal leaders to improve reporting packages, financial models, and KPIs, leveraging SAC and WFP tools. A strong accounting/finance background and 8+ years FP&A experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8+ years’ experience in Accounting or Finance with FP&A experience.
• Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, planning, and reporting of operating expenses and headcount.
• Interpret data narratives to align with corporate strategy.
• Partner with leaders across Nielsen to improve reporting, planning, and KPIs.
• Drive expense forecasting, modeling, and headcount forecasting.
• Lead projects with moderate resource needs and risk.
