Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc is seeking a finance professional to serve as a financial business partner to the Demand Chain leadership team. You will consolidate KPIs, prepare executive-level reporting, and drive forecasting, planning, and capital project governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA-Finance preferred.
3-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A or finance roles.
Ability to interact with all levels of management with strong communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and visualization tools; Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide topline financial reporting and KPI analysis to enable decision making.
Support monthly/quarterly business reviews for executive leadership and board.
Create dashboards for key revenue metrics and perform Monthly forecasts by Category.
Lead annual planning, budgeting, and financial governance for Demand Chain initiatives.
Model financial scenarios, evaluate ROI, and partner with cross-functional teams.
