Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 5+ years of work experience.
• Experience in SRM analytics and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with BI/visualization tools and data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advance SRM tools and technologies aligned with the SRM mission.
• Convert data and insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end product enablement and user adoption support.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of recommendations and maintain partner trust.
• Communicate progress and KPIs across Merch/Marketing/Support teams.
