7-Eleven is seeking a Senior Strategic Planning Analyst to support high-priority strategic initiatives and inform executive decision-making. You will translate complex inputs into structured analyses and executive-ready narratives for enterprise direction.

The role blends analytical rigor with storytelling to support senior leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while advising on market trends, competitive intelligence, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or quantitative field.
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills with ability to develop Board-ready materials.
Strong executive communication and ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop executive-ready presentations for senior leadership and Board audiences.
Conduct research on macro trends, competitive dynamics, customer behaviors, and retail tech.
Frame ambiguous questions into structured analyses for enterprise initiatives.
Synthesize data into concise executive summaries for leadership.
Present analytical outputs to senior stakeholders on a day-to-day basis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather intelligence and reflect enterprise view.
Lead competitive intelligence deep dives and track market dynamics and disruptors.
Support earnings, Board meetings, and Monthly Business Reviews materials.
