Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Store Support Departments, primarily Marketing, with financial analysis, advisory services, and project management. You will help track operating and capital expenditures, marketing investments, and forecast accuracy, collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of related analytical experience.
• Experience supporting marketing finance preferred.
• Advanced Excel modeling and handling large datasets.
• Strong communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate actual spend metrics, monitoring spend versus budget and recommending corrective actions.
• Provide financial advisory services to cross-functional teams and contribute to strategy determination discussions.
• Partner with Marketing leadership to develop annual budgets and forecasts for media, loyalty, digital, and brand.
• Measure marketing performance using financial and operational metrics, including return on marketing investment, incremental sales and margin.
• Develop recurring dashboards and post-investment analyses that compare actual results with plans, identify key performance drivers, and recommend actions to improve spend effectiveness and profitability.
• Perform financial and accounting analysis with intention of optimizing reporting accuracy and integrity.
• Support monthly forecast, cumulative spend, month-end accrual, and month-end reclass processes.
