Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience; 2+ years in management.
• Experience in executive presentations and storytelling.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate complex topics into executive narratives.

Responsibilities

• Executive Presentation Development: Partner with senior leadership to shape, structure, and translate strategic discussions into presentations for senior leadership and the Board.
• Strategic Storyline Development: Identify key messages and structure complex issues into persuasive storylines.
• Executive Communications & Decision Support: Develop briefing materials and recommendations to support leadership decisions.
• Strategic Planning Support: Analyze performance, trends, and priorities to deliver actionable recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Strategic Partnership: Align priorities and communicate objectives across business units.
• Market & Competitive Insights: Assess trends, competition, and consumer dynamics to inform planning.
• Executive & Stakeholder Presentations: Support investor and board communications with clear strategy messaging.
