Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an FP&A Analyst to drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting for the Demand Chain organization in Irving, TX. You will build models, dashboards, and insights to support leadership decisions and annual budgeting processes.

The role requires 3–5 years of FP&A experience, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration across senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting/finance or MBA-finance.
• 3–5 years of relevant FP&A experience.
• Ability to interact with all management levels.
• Strong organization, presentation and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and initiative in cross-functional teams.
• Comfort in ambiguous, changing environments.
• Self-directed with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Excel (and Power BI preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide topline financial performance reporting for Demand Chain; enable data-informed decisions.
• Develop monthly business reviews and leadership financial packages.
• Create dashboards for key revenue metrics.
• Forecast demand chain topline and perform category-level deep forecasts.
• Lead annual planning and budgeting processes.
• Collaborate with leaders to align FP&A goals and initiatives.
• Build financial models and provide insights to support decisions.
• Manage budgets, spend analysis, and variance reporting.
• Guide cross-functional teams on funding and financial governance.
• Evaluate capital investments and expected returns.
