Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking a Finance Manager to serve as a strategic finance partner to Operations and Technology. You will provide financial planning, forecasting, profitability analysis, and decision support, guiding investment decisions, business case development, and performance management while leading a team of analysts.

This role offers exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives and growth opportunities within Financial Planning & Analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
7+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, or banking experience.
Experience providing financial analysis and decision support to business leaders.
Leadership experience managing direct reports.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to provide financial insight and decision support for Operations and Technology initiatives.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability analysis for assigned business areas.
Develop and evaluate business cases supporting technology investments and strategic initiatives.
Communicate financial results, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leaders through clear and impactful presentations.
Review and approve financial analyses, assumptions, forecasts, and recommendations prepared by the team.
Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, reporting effectiveness, and financial planning processes.
