Associated Bank is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead FP&A for the Consumer Lending business. You will partner with senior leaders on forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting, and guide a team of financial analysts to drive performance and strategic decisions.

This highly visible role requires deep financial modeling, strong Excel skills, and prior banking or FP&A leadership experience. You will influence resource allocation and improve planning standards across a critical business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive financial analysis, FP&A, or banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis activities for the Consumer Lending business, including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and financial reporting.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate financial performance, strategic initiatives, investments, and business opportunities.
• Oversee the development and enhancement of complex financial models to support decision-making and performance management.
• Manage and develop a team of financial analysts, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
• Present financial insights, recommendations, and executive-level reporting materials to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial planning processes, forecasting methodologies, and analytical capabilities.
• Serve as a key liaison between finance and Consumer Lending leadership to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Establish and reinforce consistent financial planning standards, best practices, and reporting accuracy across assigned areas.
