Associated Bank is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead strategic FP&A for the Consumer Lending line. You will partner with senior leaders to drive forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and modeling, while guiding a team of analysts to deliver high-quality insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A, financial analysis, or banking experience.
• Prior people management experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• PowerPoint presentation development skills.
• Banking industry experience.
• Consumer lending experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for the Consumer Lending business including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Partner with leaders to evaluate performance, investments, and opportunities.
• Develop and enhance complex financial models to support decisions.
• Manage and develop a team of financial analysts.
• Present insights and executive-level reporting to senior leadership.
• Drive improvements in forecasting methodologies and analytics.
• Align finance strategy with Consumer Lending objectives.
• Standardize financial planning practices and reporting accuracy.
