Job summary

Associated Bank seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead FP&A for the Consumer Lending line, partnering with senior leaders to influence forecasting, budgeting and financial modeling. You will manage a team of financial analysts and deliver executive-level reporting to drive performance and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive financial analysis, FP&A or banking experience.
• Preferred: prior people management experience; strong Excel and financial modeling; FP&A leadership; banking and consumer lending experience; PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities for the Consumer Lending business including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and financial reporting.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance, investments, and opportunities.
• Oversee development of complex financial models to support decision-making and performance management.
• Manage and develop a team of financial analysts and present insights to senior leadership.
• Drive improvements in planning processes and reporting standards.
