Associated Bank is seeking a Finance Manager to act as a strategic finance partner for Operations and Technology. You will lead financial planning, forecasting, profitability analysis, and decision support for key initiatives, guiding investment choices and business cases while directing a team of analysts.

This role provides exposure to enterprise-wide projects and opportunities for career advancement within Financial Planning & Analysis, with a focus on governance, reporting, and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, or banking experience.
• Experience providing financial analysis and decision support to business leaders.
• Leadership experience managing direct reports and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insight and strategic guidance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis for assigned areas.
• Develop and evaluate business cases supporting technology investments.
• Communicate financial results and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Review and approve analyses, forecasts, and assumptions.
• Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy and reporting.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Ensure FP&A processes meet governance and regulatory requirements.
