Associated Bank in Chicago seeks a Finance Manager to partner with Operations and Technology, guiding financial planning, forecasting, profitability analysis, and decision support for key initiatives. This role leads a team of analysts and delivers actionable insights to business leaders.

The position offers exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives with growth opportunities and a clear path toward senior finance leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field or equivalent amount of education and experience.
7+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, or banking experience.
Experience providing financial analysis and decision support to business leaders.
Leadership experience managing direct reports and developing team members.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to provide financial insight, strategic guidance, and decision support.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability analyses.
Develop and evaluate business cases for technology investments and strategic initiatives.
Communicate results and recommendations to senior leaders through presentations.
Review and approve analyses, forecasts and recommendations from the team.
Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, reporting, and FP&A processes.
Coach and develop finance professionals and manage workloads and performance.
