Associated Bank is seeking a Finance Manager to serve as a strategic finance partner for Operations and Technology, delivering financial planning, forecasting, profitability analysis, and decision support for key initiatives.

The role leads a team of analysts, guides business case development, and contributes to enterprise-wide FP&A transformation with career growth opportunities across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field or equivalent education/experience.
• 7+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, or banking experience.
• Experience providing financial analysis and decision support to business leaders.
• Leadership experience managing direct reports and developing team members.

Aufgaben

• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insight, strategic guidance, and decision support for Operations and Technology initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability analysis for assigned business areas.
• Develop and evaluate business cases supporting technology investments and strategic initiatives.
• Communicate financial results, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leaders through clear presentations.
• Review and approve analyses, assumptions, forecasts, and recommendations prepared by the team.
• Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, reporting effectiveness, and financial planning processes.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals while managing priorities and performance.
• Ensure FP&A processes, controls, and documentation meet governance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
